In-Game Description: The squid is famous for its ability to squirt black ink at its predators. This ink can sometimes be used as a garnish for food such as spaghetti.
Authors In-Depth Description: RPGs especially ones with fishing in are often Japanese in origin so the Japanese common squid is likely the species of squid you will see in video games. This is a rather easy to identify squid and fits with the visage everyone imagines when they think of the squid so this is why I will use it in my game.
